How to take the screen shots of a aprticular screen?

Hi Ram,

In order to take a screen shot, when you are on a particular screen, use print screen sysrq button on the keyboard (beside scroll lock) and then go to the req doc and paste the same (cntrl+v).

press Alt + Print Screen button on ur keyboard.. will enable u to take only the window which ur currently using..

else directly press Print Screen button on ur keyboard..

after any one of the process directly u can paste them in ms-word, paint, etc..

Hey,

Press PrintScreen Button on your Keyboard and go to word doc and press Ctrl+V(Paste).
