Error in SM12

Hi all,

In the sm12 tcode when we goto extras---> diagnosis in update i am getting this message

<b>"Error: update task did not terminate within 20 seconds

enqueue entry has not been removed by update task."</b>

Any help will be appreciated and rewarded

It means locks could not be removed by UPDATE TASK.

- Please check in SM13 for any failed updates. maybe it is network problem causes the updates terminated.

- Try to reprocess the updates. See SAP note 70085 and 125287 if help.

- try update kernel patch to latest version if this is appear to be kernel bug.

- see dev_w* trace file for any useful information during the issue occurred. maybe there are some hints there.
