Hi,
While doing Kernel Upgrade for Solution manger 4.0 , the disp+work stops.
I have taken the Packs as per my requisite for Windows server X64 bit - Unicode
The files that were taken are :
SAPEXEDB_102-20001356.SAR
SAPEXE_102-20001354.SAR
The services were stopped,the sap was stopped and the exe backup was taken.
Now after uncar of the SAR files,and while starting the services and SAP, the disp+work stops.
The trace file of disp+work has been shown below:

Hi Radeesh,
I applied the kernel for 32 bit solution manager 4.0 but still it is showing same problem.
following are the files
SAPEXE_102-20000972.SAR
SAPEXEDB_102-20000973.SAR
is it the right files? I am on sqlserver and windows 2003 running solmon 4.0.
kernel DB file is different on your list, so i am wondering is i am right or wrong

hi radeesh,
I am having the same issue, you said you got the correct version of the kernel, i got correct but don't know why I am getting error..
I got this two kernel files
SAPEXE_102-20000972.SAR
SAPEXEDB_102-20000973.SAR
can you let me know if these are the ones?

Hi Chander,
Kindly check with the java which is installed in the OS level.
If it is 32 or 64 bit java unicode or non-unicode, then
select the files as accordingly..
For 32 bit unicode it was
SAPEXE_102-20000972.SAR and
SAPEXEDB_102-20000974.SAR...
For 64 bit unicode, it was
SAPEXE_102-200001354.SAR and
SAPEXE_102-200001356.SAR......
Now try to Uncar the files process.

What do you see in dev_ms? Anything relevant there?
