Hi All,
Is it possible to find out what the ITS server is from R/3? I need ITS server info to set it up in the portal, but I can't find it anywhere.
Do you know if there is a transaction or something that will give you this information?
Also, is ITS client-independent?
Thanks,
Roman D.
Hi Roman,
Do you know if your using external or internal ITS(inside R/3)? What version of R/3 do you have?

Hi Roman,
If that is your ITS then you should add the following settings to your system that you have defined in your portal.
<b>ITS Host Name: pgrsu-620-01.wdf.sap.corp:1080
ITS Path: /scripts/wgate/
ITS Protocol: http</b>

you should have told me that earlier. You need to ask your basis administrator to modify <b>global.svc</b> file and change the <b>~client</b> field to <b>220</b>.
If you have acess to administrator right on ITS then you can modify that file via following url.
Accessing the ITS Administarion logon screen is contingent on several things. First, if it's not in DNS then you will need to associate the IP address and Host name of the machine inside your desktop Hosts file. Second, based upon initernal or external ITS configuration the port number's can not be the same as that used to access browser transaction content. Finally, you will need the ID and password assigned to the ITS Administration account.
Windows Server Example:
http://<URL>.com/scripts/wgate/pzm3/! {Default is port 80]
