Vendor bank details table import error "Map 'Country' field value(s)"

Hi All,

I am using MDM5.5 SP5.

Trying to import the IDoc CREMDM04 from ECC 5.0 to MDM.

I am stuck at the import of Bank details table(qualified table).

I am using the map 99 for bank details although in the import status tab i get the error "<b>Map 'Country' field value(s).</b>".

in the 'Map Fields/Values' tab the country values are already mapped. but some values in the source are not mapped to the destination according to the predefined map.

Also the map / unmap buttons are disabled.

Please help!

Hi Jo,

It seems to be an small issue, what you have to do is checkout the Match Records tab, just double click on the field under Matching field area( meaning you have remove from there) , now you go to 'Map Fields/Values' and you will be able to see map/unmap enabled...do your rest of the mapping and comeback again to match Records choose your matching field and you will be able to Import now.

Hi Jyotika,

I completely agree with Alex; might be that some of your source data in country differ to the destination; so just go to the 'Match Record' tab and move to 'Value matching' pane and remove the 'Country field' from the matching fields, that will enable 'MAP/ADD' button which you want.
