Relation between BP of Employee and Org. structure is missing

Hi SRM GURUS

we are SRM 5.0 with extended classic scenario. One of the user is not able to create shopping cart because of the following error:

Error in system shopping cart can not be processed further.

no data found for contact person

0000204404 inform system adminstration

no address found for partner function type good reciept

no address found for partner function type requestor

When I chekced the "BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE - Integration BP Orgmanagement " for Business partne(Emplyee role) it gives the following:

Employee relationship between BP and BP(org) missing. I tried to repair this but still I am getting the same error.

1-How did you create the user ?

2-Did you try to repair the user through transaction users_gen ?

Thnx....for the reply, I found the soultion....I deleted the assginment of the position to the org. unit and then ran the repair in BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for the user BP and Org BP. Now the org. structure looks fine.

Hi,

I am facing the exact same error and have tried your steps of:

I could not get the repair working after I deleted the assginment of the position to the org. unit. I am using ECS on SRM 5.0 (SP9).

Any ideas?
