Package Objects Missing after upgrade EBP 3.5 to SRM server 5.5

Hi,

I am facing an issue where after an upgrade SAP standard function modules that were used in BADIs are no longer present in the system.

In particular the function module COM_PARTNER_TYPE_TO_FUNCTION, which is part of the COM_PARTNER_CB function group and COM_PARTNER package in EBP 3.5. Under SRM server 5.5 the package COM_PARTNER still exists however the function group and modules within are missing. In 5.5 the package only contains dictionary objects and nothing else.

Has anyone seen this issue or something similar.

Any help much appreciated.

Just to complete the thread.

SAP replied to the message I raised. The response I got was "the FM no longer exists so it is not an error that the function module is not in the latest

release. The function module is no longer required in SRM 5.0. "

So now I need to find another solution.

What Exactly should I be looking for in SPAM. When I looked at the all package list everything that has been imported is marked as successful.

To send the bill-to party via a Business Connector, make sure that an Sap_ebp Package 3.5.02 or newer is installed on the BC (BC Administrator-> Packages-> Sap_ebp home-> About gives the package version).

To download and install the latest package version, see Note 410598.

Note 717947: Support of building in the address mapping

Incase nothing helps, also raise a Customer OSS message with SAP as well.

Thankyou for replying Atul,

I've looked into the notes specified above however none of them were relevant for SRM 5.

The question has been raised with SAP since this post was made. Any other suggestions more than welcome.
