Dangerous pricing problem in using Scheduling agreement in Change Mode.

Dear SAP Gurus,

We are facing a dangerous problem when we are using Scheduling Agreement.

When we create a scheduling agreement and we will bill partially the item, after the partial billing it is always possible to change Pricing conditions inside the Scheduling agreement change Mode.

This is not happening with the standard sales order.

A)When standard sales order partially billed were it IS NOT possible to change the pricing condition afterwards(i.e in the changed sales order.

Eg: when a sales order is created for qty 4 nos and invoiced for 2 nos. the sales order does not allow to change any pricing condition in the change mode.

B) B) When Scheduling agreement is created and partially billed the system ALLOWs to CHANGE pricing conditions after the billing document created.

Eg: when scheduling agreement created for 4 nos and delivered for 2 nos and invoiced for 2 nos, now if you go to VA32 were you can change the pricing,

But this should not happen.

Please kindly help how to avoid this changes. It should not allow to change the pricing condition in the Scheduling agreement change mode.

Is there is any way to control this. Waiting for your feedback with solution.

Thanks and Regards,

Jack

Found the solution by making the logic in the user exit

Yes you can change the pricing for the remaining items to be delivered and if you see the delivery for all those delivered, the old price is taken not the new one.

In billing you can check this . This is logical and not dangerous
