Smartform truncated with new page format

Hi,

I have created a smartform using a customized page format (210mm x 350mm). But when I tried to print the smartform, the words always get truncated when it reaches the height of an A4 size. Can anyone tell me what could be the reason?

I have assigned the customized page format in the smartform, create a device type with the page format and assigned this device type to the correct output device. It doesn't help if I create another customized page format based on the legal size. But the smartform prints properly if I simply use the LEGAL page format. There seems to be something wrong with customized page formats. Could anyone pls help? Thanks!

If you are not using the standard page format... check the procedure for creating page format... it may help you

in SPAD ---.Full Admin(push button ) --->Device Types ->Page Formats->In Change Mode --->Create a New -

Hi ,

Double click on page . In output options tab select landscape radio button .

They try to take the printout .
