1) In the customer master in 4.6 version there is no partner function tab in the customer in xd01 tcode
and also there is no CIN tab in that version but it is there in the 4.7 EE version. This is a change from the 4.6cc to 4.7EE
2) In 4.7EE there is some settings that are related for CIN which cannot be done in 4.7EE that means they need some patches for doing the configuration setting for the CIN But we can do the same in the 6.0 version
3) Document Flow in ECC 6.0, The flow of sales documents is seen much better and improved as compared to 4.6C. Once You look at the screen, You will clearly figure out the difference.
4) Sales Order Look and Feel as there are more tabs in ECC 6.0 for Item Level Details. The Sales Doc. appears as supremely perfect.
5) In 4.6c, Tax Procedure TAXINJ (Tax Code based)was used, but in ECC6.0 TAXINN (Condition based) is prefered choice.
6) In 4.6c, it was not possible to maintain additional data with respect to taxes in customer / vendor master, which is possible in ECC6.0. In 4.6c, it was maintained in Transaction code J1ID.
