Saprouter installation and sm59 SAPOSS RFC problem

Dear support,

We have configured saprouters in many of our system , SAP is successfully able to login to our system by R3support or windows terminal ,

but when we try to test connection to SAPOSS RFC connection , it failes and we are not able to get our OSS1 transaction working.

Please note it is SNC router , below are errors i get .

Error Details timeout while pending for route completion / LB: Unexpected error in LG Layer.

Error Details ERROR: timeout while pending for route completion

Error Details DETAIL: NiErrSet

Can anybody suggess on this issue ?

We have only one at the front of the VPN tunnel to Walldorf...

What does your firewall admin say? Are the rules OK?

port 3299 is open and golbal IP is also given to this machine what else are requirements for the same , but i need to know is there a specific note which talks about making OSS1 working?
