I have gone through different threads that are available on this forum. In summary
>>The service users are used for internal communication within XI components which are trigerred by Dialog users. The service user username, password, language are given in Exchange profile.
Again there we have 2 different service users ( service users during design&configuration and service users in during runtime). As a developer whether at any time we are going to use these ?? If so what are the occations in which we will use service users (design & runtime users ) ??
Thanks

Service users are non dialog users. You would for sure need to use them at run time. Any user with APP_SERVER_USER (something like this.. cant remember exactly) role could be used during runtime.. at scenarios. .where other systems need to connect to XI.. like through WebServices.. RFC or IDocs.. in order to the source system to connect to XI, we need these users.
And the users like RWBUSER, ISUSER etc are configured in exchangeProfile and they are implicitly used in scenarios automatically while the IE is executing/processing different messages and generating the required loggings..

Hi,
Service users provide dialog free access to XI components
Service users have the required authorizations to access the required
services on the addressed XI components
Service users are created during installation of the Exchange Infrastructure.
Within the Exchange Infrastructure the roles provide you with all the authorizations
required by the respective component for dialog-free access to the other
components.
Service users are created during installationf the Exchange Infrastructure.
When the message flow happens XI use this service users for corresponding flow.
Sometimes we ll use the service users in runtime like cache refresh it needs DIRUSER,
to unlock RWB components we ll use RWBUSER.
