Dear Team,
We have migrated the ESS and MSS services from Standalone ITS to Integrated ITS.
The problem is I am unable to see popup due to the message type 'E'.
The message statement is being triggered in PBO module.
I have set the following parameters
~popup 1
~webtransactiontype 1
~generatedynpro 1
We are using Easy web transaction transaction. We don't want to use SAP GUI for HTML.
Need help urgently.
Thanks & Regards,
Subramanya

Do you really use parameter ~popup or is it actually ~popups, because I don't think the first one is a valid parameter??

I am guessing that it is a limitation with EWT's. There is a note 863251 that covers what EWT's can and can't do, but it doesn't really mention pop-ups.
You could try reclassifying the transaction as Webgui and implementing the ~webgui_simple_toolbar parameter as per note 1010519. That way you could turn off any or all of the toolbar components that you don't want, and it would still be a simple screen like an EWT.

Sorry by mistake I had mentioned as 1. I am using EWT as value of this parameter.
I am unable to see the message itself.

Hello Subramanya,
please set parameter ~webtransactiontype to EWT. The value '1' does not make sense with this parameter.
Do you see a message in the message bar below the user area?

TJ
