When I try open pdf file in project documentation in transaction SOLAR01 I received message error "The page cannot be displayed"

Solution Manager is 4.0 Unicode, support package stack is 12 kernel level 102

Could you help me, please?

Hi Luciana,

may be it's a silly question, but: Do you have Acrobat installed at your frontend? Normally tSOLAR01 is using an Intenet Explorer AddIn for displaying the pdfs and this may be only instaled together with Acrobat.

Yes, I have PDF (Adobe Reader 😎 in my computer. My SAPGUI is 640 patch level 26.

The problem is intermittent yesterday I restart SAP and the problem is solved today not...

Do you have any idea?

Use Fiddler, HttpFox, HTTPwatch, etc. to determine what URL causes the problem. If documents are stored in the Solution Manager system, they are accessed directly by launching the respective application. The "Page Cannot be Displayed" error indicates that Internet Explorer is involved which means that the document isn't stored in the Solution Manager system.
