Release to accounting

Hi,

While we are trying to perform Release to accounting of a billing document which has more then 1000 items it gives an error due accounting document line item numbers are 999.

Any idea to resolve this issue? Pls suggest.

Hi,

you need to go for a development to do this. Probably take the entries from VBRP into a table and put a counter and run the program to release them to accounting for documents exceeding 999 items. So, if the table would release items into accounting in sets of 999.

Please consult your developers on this.

Hi,

In standard SAP, we can process maximum of 999 item at a time. To increase this we have to do some technical progamming.

So, you have to create another billing documents for other materials.

Hope this is clear.
