Hi Gurus,

While releaseing the Credit Block in t code of VKM1 the system automatic gives out the print out , now we donot want the automatic print out to happen iam not able to find where is the setting. kindly help me to solve this Issues

hi,

In transaction V/03, check the Default values for the output type KRML. the dispatch time and medium has been defined here and also check the condition record of the output type KRML.

Hi,

Check the condition records for the particular output type, select the output type and press communication and then deselect the field print Immediately. This will solve ur problem.

Check if you are using BA00 thats what i assume you are using for your Output , and in T code VP01 i think its check marked immediate so go ahead and remove that tick and i guess your problem should get fixed.

I have checked we are using only simple mailing. in conditions level.
