How to block a specified transaction code for a particular user.

Can I block a particular T-code for the users which I have given authorization earlier. I've given those authorization for that t-codes while creating the user itself. Is it possible to block them now from using a particular t-code?

Hi Suresh,

Yes you can, but you have to check that particular tcode on his associated role

if a user has 2 roles and that tcode attached on 2 roles then you have to remove that tcode from both roles. Open that role in PFCF and delete that tcode from that role.

If you want to block speified t-code for a particular user :

find out the role which user has access that perticular t-code through SUIM.

Then create a new role through PFCG but without having the t-code which u want to restrict. and remove the old one role and after that add new one.

Simply dont give him authorization for that transaction code. No other way to do it for any specific user.

Then not possible, create separate profile for him, restricting particular t-codes.
