Issue deleting Bids on Live Auction Cockpit

Hi,

When i tried to delete a wrong bid in LAC Delete button is active but when I press it a message appears: "Failed to delete Bid; make sure auction is not ended and try again"

I have role Strat_Purchaser, the Auction has 2 remaining days, so i don´t know why I can not delete Bids.

Any ideas????????'

Hi Arturo,

first pause the aution, the go for deleting the bid

and resume the auction.

I did in the same way that you are specifiing... but when I click on button "Delete" the message "Failed to delete Bid; make sure auction is not ended and try again" appears... even if the auction ends 3 days after... I was thinking that the problem is related with the sync between the server clock and system clock.... any other idea???
