Dear Sap gurus,

I have reinstalled my windows server 2000 after encountering virus problems,

but now I am observing that SAP management console is not starting neither message or dispatcher, I made the host entries also correctly .

Please help.

Kind regards

Hi Mithun,

Please first make sure your SAP<SID>_00 service is up, and your database is up and running and can connect to database ok.

Hope this helps,

George

Can you do a R3trans -d at command line as <SID>adm? The result should be in a file trans.log and rc should be 000.

Thanks,

George

so, SAPMMC starts, but do you see your system in it or is it blank? if you see your system, do you see anything trying to start, anything red or gray? or simply blank?

have you check x:\usr\sap\SID\DV*\work directory for traces?
