SNP & GATP Coexistence on the same Instance

Hi All,

We are in the process of considering GATP implementation. We are currently on SCM4.1 with both DP and SNP as part of the APO landscape. We use CTM for network planning and our engine runs thrice a day and for long durations on the weekend, hence requiring us to stop CIF queues as part of the best practice.

Since we are in the evaluation stage for GATP implementation we want to evaluate the impact of our current processes ( mainly due to CTM engine and CIF Queue Closures, etc..) on GATP execution capability. There is no overlap between the datasets of the CTM and the future GATP.

GATP will be be required at the time of order confirmations and delivery creation 24/7.

Pls provide us with your inputs based on the experience of GATP and SNP coexistence on the same instance.

Hi ,

As far i know there is no dependencies between GATP and SNP. As you said if u r using GATP only at the end of the cycle at order confirmation..i think u can go ahead..

And generally CIFing of ATP customization also done only one time that too at the beging...

The common between these modules r the master dat...and transational data for those MD..
