Can't see Change Log in Invoice

How can I see changes done in invoice?

I can see in order thru environment - changes. but in billing, its not active.

I guess this should be standard.....right?

you can run program RVSCD300 in SE38, there is no transaction available, if you want you can define your Z transaction
