In the subject line it is SCM APO Interation test scripts is written, But in the details it is asked for SD integration. please clarify which one you require?

Using Solution Manager you will get automatic generated Test scripts as per the business process mapped. It is for both the SCM - APO as well as R/3's any module which you are going to implement.
