SC cost center "Display not possible - Inconsistency in the input help".

Hello,

In PPOMA_BBP - Process Organization Model I have assigned 3 cost center. When I create the shopping cart and I ask for the cost center mach code the system gives me this message "Display not possible - Inconsistency in the input help".

Some know how to resolve this?

Hi Marta,

By maintaining the Backend ECC RFC destination in the RFC(DIALOG) column resolved the issue.(Done in Define backend system)

As Ramaswamy.V has said you need to create a new RFC connection in SM59. The user for the connection should be a dialog user.

You then need to maintain the RFC Dialog entry in 'Define Backend Systems'.

This will then sort your problem.

If you only want the user to see the cost centres that have been maintained for them in the org structure you need to remove the authorisation object 'BE_F4_HELP Call Input Help in Backend' from the role.

SAP_BASIS 0012 SAPKB70012 SAP Basis Component
