Hi All,
Im working on a custom invoice printing program.
Im using SAPs standard function module to retrieve the invoice pricing coditions
And the FM readily returns the condtions as they are in the Invoice.
Is it possible that one invoice can have more than one condition of the type Price ?
Like Gross Price and Net Price (PB00 and PN00). The problem intensifies when these Conditions of type Price are custom.
How does SAP decide the heirarchy of these prices. i.e this one is a net price and that one is a gross price.
I need to know this as im printing an Invoice and need to place the right price element as net price (im working with custom condition types).
Im using SAPs standard function module from
thier standard invoice smartform. Will read the values from there.

have you considered the subtotals...to get to the net value..
there are lot of issues when we hardcode the condition types in the print program and specially if this is being used globally

Hi Nehal
Pricing as such does not have any specific Hierarchy , its depends on the requirement as how exactly the client wants it , but in general the procedure followed is Prices , then Discounts, Freight , then Taxes, and then the Final value.
now for your reference PR00: will calculate the total price for the product
PB00: This is the Gross basic price
PN00: Net price in Discount / surcharge
PI01/02: used when billing is an Inter company...
Hope this gives you an brief idea and answers your Question
Cheers
