How to make a portal's URL to use HTTPS?

I did SSL for Webdispatcher and ECC6.

However, I did not do Portal SSL.

I wonder if there is any Portal SSL. However, sdn.sap.com and service.sap.com

are all portals with HTTPS.

Could you tell if there is SSL for Portal? If so, how to do it -- thru Webdispatcher

only?
