Retrieving parent element of the expanded node in recursive tree

Hi all,

I am using a recursive tree node in my webdynpro component.

Here, when I expand a node, I need to retrieve the parent element & also the path of the expanded node. Can someone tell me how to get this done?

I am able to get the parent element of a selected node. But I want the parent element of the node that the user has expanded, cos selected node & expanded

node need not be the same.
