stock posting error

while posting stock into plant i am getting error like "controlling area does not exist". how to fix it. plz help.

Create controlling area and assign to company code in enterprise structure.

goto <b>OX06</b> and maintain the required entries or u can copy the standard.and assign the company code to controlling area <b>OX19</b>

Please maintain the contol area ->Go to SPRO-- > Ent Structure -> Define- > Fin Accting> Define Credit Control Area

Hi Sas,

Go to SPRO > Ent Structure > Define > Fin Accting> Define Credit Control Area and in Assignment (just below Definition) make the proper and relevant assignments.
