Will XI support ZENGIN TCP/IP Protocol ?

Hi All,

I have a requirement where the data from the source system is coming via ZENGIN Protocol and I need to integrate the source system with XI system.

ZENGIN Protocol:

A standard communication protocol drawn up by the Japanese Bankers Association (Zenginkyo) in March 1997 for use in online data exchange. It enables high-speed communications at low cost using a PC modem. TCP/IP is today the most widely used protocol in the world, as the standard communications protocol for the Internet and intranets.

Will XI support ZENGIN Protocol?

Need your help for this issue.

Hi All,

I would like to share my findings for my query.

After some investigation,I found that XI will not handle ZENGIN protocol.This can be handled only through EDI software.

Please let me know if you have any inputs.
