Problem updating email address

I am updating the email address of a business partner in transaction 'BP' but when I go to transaction 'PPOMA_BBP' the updated email address does not show up. How do I have it show up or have in updated? Thanks in advance.

Hi Vic,

When you create a user it creates 2 different objects that are related in PPOMA_BBP. One starts with US : user and one with BP : Businness partner.

At the start emails of the two objects are identical. Now if you change it on the BP level it will not affect the US level. You must change it on the US level by running the transaction BBPUSERMAINT that can be found in administrator role. So if you have administrator roles you can use the web menu for this. BP will then be modified too.
