Problems with ITS search helps.

I've a few services based on standard transactions, and some fields of that services with enabled search help, don't work.

Search helps of those fields give me a blank page, but the others, give me a page to do the selection.

Somebody knows how to solve that.

Hi,

please post:

ITS Version/PL ?

integr.ITS or ext. ITS?

Do you use templates or webgui (I think it's webgui)?

Which standard transactions do you mean?

Which kind of fields do work, which not (e.g. only date-fields)?

Integrated ITS. Webgui. Transaction IW21, filelds URGRP, LTRMN.

Hi,

LTRMN is of type date.

So you have STRMN (the date directly above) working and LTRMN not?

Which patch level do you have?

Further more I can only suggest, that you (or your ITS-Administrator) should check the ITS log- and trace-files (with high tracelevels).

Did you think of an OSS notification?
