Empties Management is nothing but packinging handling if the value of the packinging is costing a lot of money to the company. Example : Softdrinks company -- A soft drink comes in a "crate" or "Plastic Pallet" where you have 24 bottles. this crate and the empty bottles need to be returned to the company since this is company's property. Or if the retailer buys it there should be value and invoice for this.
So in case the retailer is not buying then they will go and the order is not closed untill the Pallet and the Bottles come back to the company.
