Dear SAP Gurus,

well i am making the CS quotation with DP80 but it is saying me that u have to make the sales order or sales contract and assign it to the service order now when i have it done it that and goin to make the quotation so its saying now that it Quotation creation only possible for revenue-bearing service orders....Okey when i making the service order with revenue bearing but i didnt finf any field where i can input the contract order......So please help me in this situation.....

Kindly check what is your order type you have taken is it SM02 or something else

Secondly see the header level tab tab for you contract order.

Hi,

Check Order type setting in transaction OIOA.

Should have the Revenue postings allowed. Check for the Assigned DIP profile in transaction OIOL. Check the Sales Document type assigned for Quotation. If the DIP is correctly configured then there should not be any problem.

Keep in mind that there should be some plan cost in Order and the Order should be in Create status.
