Error when activating queue XBTO*

Hello all,

while doing a scenario i unlocked the queues in "manage queues"from that time onwards it is showing "Error when activating queue XBTO*" and in message monitoring its showning as scheduled .and How to Realease them?

try to activate after unlocking the queue. there will a button for activation.

thx for early reply.

even i tried .i activated it from SXMB_ADM.but all the mesages are scheduled and not getting released from the queue.any other way to release themessages from scheduling.

i appreciate your efforts.

Hi,

Maybe you can try manually clearing the messages from SMQ1 and SMQ2?

if you are in development phase... then you can delete the message from queue and rerun the sceanrio.

or you can resend the message from sxmb_moni..if you have authorisation for resending...

but still my problem is not solved.

i have tried to manually push the messages but in the message queue itis showing "no queue select" . I mean it is not showing any messages there .But i am getting that green flag in the message monitoring .
