Despatch Advice Cancelling

I have to delete the despatch advice. when i delete it from menu it says : 'This document can not be deleted'

when i select the entry and delete it , it says 'There are still batch split items with quantity 000010 2,100 for item EA'.

Any idea?

Hi Aisha,

Please do the following steps.

Go to VL02N and Select the line item and click on Batch Split icon which bellow the the Screen. Then it will take you to Batches now here you can delete the Batches then save it and now i think you can delete the delivery.

now it gives me following error 'Batch split item 900001 can only be deleted with delivery quantity 0.

But I cant change it to 0. It is a grey field.

Hi Aisha,

I think you are using Transfer Order Process. So before coming to delivery cancel the Transfer Order by going to T-Code "LT15" then save it and then try to delete the batch Quantity..

Now it should work
