Common dist channel and common division

Hai guys,

can any one send me configuration setting and screen shots on common division and common distribution channel in ECC 6 version.

Hi,

Go to IMG-Sales & distribution-master data-define common distribution channel/define common division.

This is basically done if the item to be sold is the same and the channels are different. So you don't have to create the item and the customer master for all the sales areas.

Sales org. DC Name Dch-Cond Name Dch-Cust/Mtl Name

The above data is there in std SAP ECC-6.00. you can share the condition records data as well as the customer/material master data.

Sales Org. Dv Name DivCon Name DivCus name

The above data is there for common division. You can share the condition records and the customer master record.
