invalid username password

HI Gurus,

I installed SAP4.7E on w2k3 Server . It was installed successfully(showed after completion of instalation). but after restarting the system the sap server is not running all are ended and in syslog it is showing as.

R/3 BASIS System: Initialization DB Connect Failed, Return code 000256

DATABASE: Database Error 1017 at con

DATABASE: >ORA-01017: Invalid username/password:Logon denied

Please help me how to solve this problem.

Hi,

You have to check the OSS notes at SAP service marketplace.

<a href="http://service.sap.com/notes">http://service.sap.com/notes</a>

Here you need OSS ID to logon to the market place.

Right side enter the note and go..
