system copy SCM 5.0

Hi all

I want to copy the production system previously i tried with remote client copy but it copied only the tables i does not show any changes in BW and also livecache present has not come into picture.so now iam trying for system copy . Can anybody suggest a proper guide for SCM system copy (both oracle&livecache)
