Hi,

what is the difference b/w creating message in

NOTIF_CREATE - Create Support Notification

and

Menu -> Help -> Create support Message

Please explain with one example

Hi Neni,

here are a few differences:

NOTIF_CREATE is created from within Solution Manager

Help > Create Support Message can be created from any of the Satellite Systems without loggin into SolMan

NOTIF_CREATE allows for you to be more descriptive about the issue by including a subject and a category

You can create a Support Message for any system with NOTIF_CREATE

Help > Create Support Message can only report the problem for the system you are logged into
