how to integrate SAP ERP with Microsoft CRM?
We need to exchange customer data between the systems.
Use IDoc adapter?
XI to MS CRM?

From SAP to XI, u may go for Idoc adapter.
From XI to MS CRM, u may use SOAP adapter wherein WSDL could be received from the CRM.
