Convert FAX into Sales Orders

We receive orders via FAX which are then manually keyed into SAP Sales Orders. Does anyone have information on how we could automatically convert the FAXes into Sales Orders?

Hi Donald

The FAX messages need to come to SAP in a specified format. If the required fields are being configured for FAX, then FAX can be received in SAP as an IDOC and then subsequently, a sales order can be created with the help of the IDOC in SAP.

If you tell this reqmt to a development guy, and discuss about the required fields, they should be able to develop the program to do the same.
