Product Allocation Quantities

In the screen APO: Product Allocation Overview (required to show product allocation situation).

Need to know from where will i get the fields displayed in like Product Allocation qty, incoming orders qty, own consumption, remaining prod alloc, shortage.

Please let me know the tables from where i can fetch the records and how.

I am using CRM_AV_CHECK_APO_01 badi in CRM system to fetch the these information from APO system when line item in sales order in inputted.

Please let me know the tables. I suppose that i have the required data which will be useful for fetchin information.

Its urgent...If slight help will be good for me. Thanks ...points will be rewarded for helpful answers.

Hi Kartavya,

Check out this /SAPAPO/ATP4_COLLECT_DATA function module.

This is not an RFC. So if u need to call it in our CRM system then copy it in a RFC custom function module.

I got the solution. We can get quotas using the FM /SAPAPO/QT_TMSRS_QUOTA_GET.

Hi ,

Do F1 on any field and in the technical information u can fine either table name or view name....

I guess here the screen changes according to the product allocation group ccharacteristics....so i guess the behind data record is structure....
