Version With GUID does not Exist

Hello -

While trying to set Unit of Measure in the Planning Book the following error is popping up

"Version With GUID does not exist"

did anyone face this problem?

Is there a solution to the above mentioned problem

i am using SAP GUI 710 final Release and file version 7100.1.0.1027

Help will be appreciated.

Hi Suresh,

When you try to set unit of measures in a planning book, the system check product tables to set the correct conversions from one unit to other. So, you may need to have these products assigned to this version.

You can do this in transaction /SAPAPO/SCC02.

I forgot to assign a currency during the creation of planning area. so in order for to change the UoM of the Planning area you ought to assign it to all the necessary UoM during the creation of PA.

Please check you have included all characteristics in planning book ( /SAPAPO/SDP8B ).

Hi,

GUID is the system generated key for CVCs in the POS cube. So, I am guessing this is something to do with version and POS. Check your initialization of Planning Area and also the version in your selection profile. Also check your forecast profile version.

See if any of these actually work.
