BBP_GET_STATUS_2-No Shopping Cart (REQUIREMENTS) Found Status=Transferred

Hello,

I am preparing the quality environment. I have saved the first shopping cart. I have executed BBP_GET_STATUS_2 but SRM do not find any shopping card to transfer.

In the table BBP_PDBEI or in BBP_BW_SC2 I can see that no document that no follow-on document number was took.

Someone know what happened? How to resolve it?

Did you first check that your PO or PR was created in the backend ?

Hi,

There is no PR or stock reservation created. What is extrange is that no numger range is reserved to be created with BBP_GET_STATUS_2

If you didn't create any PR or PO in your backend, why are you running this job ?

What is your scenario ?

Hello Yann,

We work in Classic scenario SRM5.5 and ECC6.0. The shopping cart have to create PR or stock reservations. But it is in an internal status Waiting for approval (BBP_PD)

I think that it is a workflow issue but the BC people is on holidays.

We have WS10000060 this shopping cart does not require approval.

I have showed in transaction SWETYPV the the linkage is activated an,d in the IMG i have executed the automatical customizing "Maintain Standard Settings for SAP Business Workflow".

The status of the shopping cart is approved. But I think that there is a missing step. Do you know what?

Hi Marta,

could you execute the transaction SWI14 & input the necessary data such as GUID of shopping cart which you can get by going into table CRMD_ORDERADM_H, Business Object BUS2121 & check in work flow log ie.which is the Work flow currently running. You can check status of user

WF-BATCH in SU01 & see if it is locked.

if work flow WS10000060 is running which is without approval then your problem could be solved. Once your workflow is complete & SC gets the status released than only PR or reservation will be created. You can check BBP_PD also.

If object (PR or PO) is not created in your backend, the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 job is useless !!

The issue was produced by a missing transport customizing

Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents.

I I am reading the original problem, the cause might be in the fact that FUnction module CLEANREQ_REQ_UP was not run before. This FM results in the SC being trnasferred to R/3. BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is only to update the data in the SC. There is no data to update if the SC has not yet been transferred
