Friends
I need to extend fifty materials for 10 plants.
what is the best way to do that.
I do have a excel spread sheet.
any suggestions ?

let me calrify . if i 50 materials and I would like to extend all the 50 materials to 10 different plants,-- Can I do that from the T.C MM50 -?
but in MM50 I have seen extend material views --?
does it some thing to do with the data?(I mean adding plants to materials)

Any day LSMW is the best method to upload master data. If you have excel create the template in excel and upload.
If you want LSMW prodcedure with screen shot let me know. Post your mail ID.

YOU can load it through LSMW it is quick and easy to do = tcode is lsmw - 14 step method

Try using the T code MASS , and here select the business object BUS1001 and the select the fields and tables you want to mantain the data..
i guess this should work.
Or the other way is to Upload the data from Excel using the T code LSMW , but the only problem of loading data using LSMW is it would not validate the data where in the BDC can validate the Data.
