Error while registering SAPCMSR - dsrlib.o is Non-Unicode

hi,

I am receiving an error while trying to register the CCMS agent SAPCCMSR to the central system. Here we are using Solution manager 4 as our central system. and the remote system to be monitored is XI-3.

I am trying to register the agent SAPCCMSR through Visual Admin and receving following error-

ERROR: Cannot open Monitoring Segment 42 rtc = 245      

Last reported error: CCMS monitoring segment has wrong EYE CATCH. It seems to be created as non-unicode segment.   This program runs as unicode. Please use non-unicode version

Hi,

ABAP stack is unicode?

If, yes please try to update latest kernel version.

Already applied, even tried to update the DSRLIB file, but no success on this.

Any other clues?
