Service for object in contenet server.

I connect some attach in the Service for object for inspection lot.

I want to put them in the content server, what I have to do ?

Hi,

Have you Configured the Content Server?

The Attachments (Originals) can be stored in Content Server through DMS (document Management System) by linking your Service Order or Inspection lots to a particular Document Type.

Let me Know wheather content server is configured or not? and even let me know the scenario?

Yes,I Configured the content server.

I know about the DMS option, but there is the option to use the Service for object

to attach any note or document for any object (material,lot...) without DIR in DMS.

how can i put them in the content server ?

Hi,

By default when attach any documents in Service Object it stores in sap tables. You can store those documents in content server.

I hope you created content category.

Please go in T-Code: SKPR08 & Maintain Content Category for SAP Office Document Class 'SOFFPHIO' . If you are not getting this class in SKPR08 please see the Note: 668271.

Kindly let me know how you achieved this function.

- I need to know how you can store the attachments in content server

- any user should not be able to edit/delete the attachment or note.
