WBS element Z/111-11: System status requires an AuC

Dear All

I am implementing investment project. While assigning investment profile to respective WBS its gives following message

"WBS element Z/111-11: System status requires an AuC"

In Investment Profile I have already checked Manage AuC check box.

should I have to create AuC menually or any other configuration required?

Hi Sujit,

See the process of running the complete cycle is as follows.

Create a project(System Ststus-CRTD)

Then assign an investment profile when the sys status is still in CRTD & not REL.

When u release the project an AUC will be created automatically(Sts: REL AUC)

then u create a settl rule for the WBS & proceed further.

please try this & then revrt back for clarification.

Thanks for reply.. and yes I got what you have mentioned.

Actually I did release project and after that I had assigned investment profile to WBS. I think so thats why its giving error. But what should I have to do now create Auc automatically? System not allowed to me release project again?

Dear Sujit,

U cant do anything to the same project to have an AUC created for u.

Please follow the suggestions for the automatic creation of AUC to a new project.

I have seen a customer message with the similar issue. Would you please review the note 1011291, if the problem can be solved.

Please takes the notes 1003599 & 1003015, they may be relevant too.
