Hello,
in our application, in some Internet Explorer (we are all using IE 6.0) selecting drop down entries (of one or more drop downs), sometimes a 'hard' error occurs ->
The IE closes with an error message:
The instruction at "Ox......" referenced a memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.
How resolve this?
hi Timcke,
Well i don't think that this error is related to your web dynpro application. tell me the following things.
are u able to run other application in the browser successfully. If yes, try to run a very simple application with a drop down list populated from values defined in local data dictionary.
if this works, see the select action of drop down in your application carefully for any mistake and post the server stack trace.
Rgds,
Vilish

Okay,
we are now trying to make an OSS. The problem is, that our project consists of many of functionality (setting the filters is executing a data base query with the given filter criteria).
So we are trying to have a smaller application with the same problems -> then we will open the OSS.
Regards Horst
