i declare in COMPONENTCONTROLLER a new metod and i dont now how to set
a break point to now if metod get value
how i do that?

There is an icon on the toolbar for "Set External Breakpoint" put your cursor on the line and click this icon.

i working with abap i alwayes i have above red icon of break point but
but in WD i create a metods and i dont have any icon for that it is very strange
maybe i have to declare somethihg in abap editor?

No, nothing special to do, the icon should be there. It is the icon with the stop sign with a little guy in it.
