After Homogenous System copy, certificate owner is not getting changed

Hi all,

We installed NW 2004s SR 2 BI and EP in the same system

I have done system copy from production to development.

Now after completing the system copy, development system in tcode STRUSTSSO2 the certificate owner is PRD sid only....

How to change this owner to development sid.

Hi Karthikeyan

If your problem is that in STRUSTSSO2 you see the SID of the production system after a system copy, you need to recrete the own certificate... to do this just right click "System PSE" in the left handside and click on Delete... That will remove the old certificate, the right click "File" and click on Create... This will create a new Own Certificate with the SID of the current system.

That should fix your problem

You need to import new certificate of you J2EE dev you have a detailed information in the system copy guide (post installation).
